In order to achieve excellence and improve performance rates at the Faculty  of Arts, the Quality and Performance Evaluation Department at the Faculty  seeks to develop and develop all academic and administrative units of the faculty  by developing a comprehensive integrated strategic plan for continuous improvement and development in the fields of teaching and learning, scientific research, community service and the environment. The plan aims to promote the concept and culture of quality and improve performance, and the department seeks to promote and deepen the values of cooperation between relevant local and international academic and research institutions at all local, regional and international levels to benefit from them in improving the educational, administrative and research process and accompanying activities.

Dissemination and establishment of the quality practices at all University units, and the continuous improvement of quality through the implementation of effective quality assurance systems to achieve the desired aspirations of the University

Tasks

- Attention to the application of quality standards and performance evaluation

- Preparing periodic reports on the activities of the faculty  

- Follow up the development of the capabilities and skills of faculty members and auxiliary staff.

- Proposing the development of work procedures and guidelines for developing performance and ensuring the quality of education.
