The Registration Office welcomes new students who wish to continue their university studies in various arts disciplines to obtain a bachelor's degree. We inform you that we dedicate time and effort to facilitate student registration procedures according to their desires, and we also follow up with them the procedures for completing the requirements for obtaining a university degree until they graduate and obtain a bachelor's degree.

Mission

The mission of the Faculty of Arts and Media is to raise the level of artistic and informational appreciation and advancement in the civilization of society, and to contribute to expanding the knowledge and cultural structure of society. Further, the Faculty aims at consolidating its intellectual and cultural values, crystallizing its visions and highlighting its identity, inspired by its cultural heritage.

Objectives

The Faculty of Fine Arts aims to:

  •    Developing courses, describing and defining their vocabulary in line with the requirements of the times in order to improve the outputs of the Faculty.
  • Accrediting electronic administration in terms of archiving, registration, study and examinations.
  • Providing all modern academic requirements, equipment and needs for the educational process.
  • Providing the appropriate climate for educational attainment in order to push creative capabilities and talents to the best performance.
  • Communicating with relevant community institutions and getting them involved in the qualification and cognitive enhancement processes.

Tasks

General Registrar Duties:

  •         Determining the mechanisms for admission and registration of new students based on the needs of the scientific departments and presenting them to the scientific council of the college.
  • Setting admission and registration policies for students at the college, receiving lists and papers nominated by them, reviewing them, and fulfilling the necessary procedures towards them.
  • Completing the procedures for students transferring from other colleges and universities to the college.
  • Carrying out the affairs of international students.
  • Maintaining students' academic files.
  • Monitoring and supervising all issuances related to students, including obtaining university cards, preparing lists of students’ names distributed among the scientific departments, preparing graduation certificates and statements in coordination with the Study and Examinations Department, and handing them over to their owners after being approved by the competent authorities.
  • Receiving and keeping the results of the graduates, and informing the concerned authorities of the names of the graduates and their estimates.
  • Granting attestations for student housing.
  • Organizing scientific trips for students in partnership with the concerned authorities.
  • Preparing statistics and data for students.
  • Follow-up of student activity plans in the college.
  • Completing the scholarship procedures for students.
  • Supervising academic advising.
