Hlal Nsier is one of the staff members at the department of oral medicine,oral pahtology& oral surgery faculty of dentistry and oral surgery. He is working as lecturer a since 2012-02-22. Also he assigned as head of study and examination department between 2013 intle 2015 , then he assigned as general director of intership office . He teaches several subjects in his major and has several puplications in the field of his interest.

Careers

Since the beginning of his career in the year 2012, Dr. Helal was assigned to many committees, including Chairman of the Study and Examinations Committee at the Faculty of Dentistry, in addition to membership in the permanent committee for studies and examinations at the University of Tripoli. Then he was entrusted with the tasks of managing clinical training for clinical stage students. Dr. Helal was appointed as General Director of the Dental Hospital whose activities extended to include educational clinics for the departments. Recently, the Franchise Affairs Unit was established and Dr. Helal was appointed Chairman of the Committee for Supervising Clinics and Franchise Affairs.

In addition to the previous tasks, Dr. Helal was assigned to manage the college’s website to contribute to introducing the college locally and regionally.

Research Interests

Scientific research is considered the backbone of the learning process, as Dr. Helal is keen on continuous research and participation with research teams, as well as organizing scientific activities that contribute to the dissemination of scientific research.

External Activities

Participating in scientific forums and attending frequent workshops is considered one of the priorities, following up on international activities that aim to enhance the concepts of learning and teaching.
