Mouna Al Mokhtar Muawiyah Abdullah is a faculty member in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery at the University of Tripoli. Ms. Mouna Al Mokhtar Muawiyah Abdullah has been working at the University of Tripoli as a teaching assistant since 2012 and then as a lecturer starting from April 2025 after obtaining her doctorate degree. She has many scientific publications in her field of specialization.

Participated in online diagnostic seminars on oral diseases using digital slides, attended workshops on oral pathology, Faculty of Dentistry, Sheikh Zayed, Cairo University, participated in the International Dental Conference at Cairo University, Egypt, and attended scientific research workshops at the Libyan Academy.
