Khaled Saeed Ali Al-Khamis, a lecturer in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Foundations at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in Tripoli, began his career in the public education sector in 1999. In 2019, he joined the faculty of the College of Education in Jeddah, Gharyan University, and contributed to teaching law at several public universities, most notably Al-Zaytuna University and Al-Zintan University. In 2026, he joined the Tripoli Laboratory, where he currently lectures in the Department of Jurisprudence and its Foundations at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences. He also teaches psychology, in addition to contributing to scientific and academic studies related to his specialization.

Khaled Saeed Ali Al-Khamis is a faculty member in the Department of Islamic Jurisprudence and its Foundations at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences in Tripoli. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Tripoli and a master's degree from the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies. He began his career in the public education sector, working as a teacher from 1999 to 2019. In 2019, he joined the faculty of the College of Education in Kikla, Gharyan University, where he contributed to teaching psychological and educational courses and providing academic supervision to students. He continued in this academic role until April 2026. On April 22, 2026, he transferred to the Department of Islamic Jurisprudence and its Foundations at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences in Tripoli. His academic and research interests focus on psychological counseling and guidance, educational psychology, and guidance from an Islamic He addresses contemporary psychological and social issues and seeks, through his academic and research work, to contribute to the development of scientific knowledge, enhance the quality of university education, and serve the community through scientific research and the legal and educational foundations of contemporary psychological issues. 

Research Interests

His research interests focus on education and psychology. He is a pioneer in the development of psychology, and among the subjects he has taught are general psychology, educational psychology, mental health, psychological counseling, and social psychology. This research also includes a paper published in Al-Jabal Journal of Applied and Human Sciences, titled: "Academic Achievement Levels of First Grade Students in Al-Rayyanah City: A Comparative Study Between Students Attending and Not Attending Kindergarten."
