I have been a faculty member in the Department of Economics since 2005 and have taught many courses during my university career, including courses on micro and macro-economic theory, history of economic thought, international trade, money, banks and econometrics.

worked as a member of the Preparatory Committee for the Seminar on Economic Policies and Effective Tools to improve liquidity in the Libyan Market in 2018

Research Interests

Monetary Economics and Monetary Policy which focuses on the procedures that central bank implements in order to control money supply in the whole economy to achieve certain goals 

External Activities

Participated as a Trainer in the Capacity-Rebuilding Project of the European Union in cooperation with the University of Tripoli
