Since joining the University of Tripoli, Professor Youssef has introduced a comprehensive and contemporary curriculum, including relevant references and research studies. He has provided academic guidance, worked diligently, and raised student awareness about the importance of scientific research and the application of scientific philosophy in conducting scientific inquiries using modern research tools.

Careers

Before joining the University of Tripoli, Youssef worked at the Presidential Office for five years and then at the Device for Supporting and Developing Therapeutic Services. He later moved on to technical education, where he served as a faculty member for two years.

Research Interests

Youssef's research interests are diverse and extensive within the field of scientific research. He has focused on the impact of globalization on business management and human resource management in the international business environment. Additionally, he has explored best practices in recruitment, training, and employee retention within the business environment. Furthermore, Youssef has examined the role of change management in complex environments.

External Activities

Youssef has engaged in various business activities within Libya and internationally, including importing and exporting goods. He has also conducted research on modern marketing practices in collaboration with private companies and stakeholders.
