After obtaining the second rank in the Business Administration Department batch in the spring of 2002/2003, she was selected as a teaching assistant in the Business Administration Department at the University of Benghazi. She worked in the department as a teaching assistant until she obtained the rank of Assistant Lecturer in 2008. A faculty member in the Business Administration Department at the Faculty of Economics, University of Benghazi, with the rank of Lecturer since 2018.

Careers

Dr. Rania Al-Houni joined the Faculty of Economics and Political Science in 2004 as a teaching assistant in the Department of Business Administration. She became a faculty member with the rank of assistant lecturer in 2008 in the department, and during this period she taught many courses.

Research Interests

research interest focus on total quality management and knowledge management.
