Research Interests

• Interest in private law topics, especially the field of commercial law and direct and indirect foreign investments, including commercial arbitration, as well as electronic commerce.
• Interest in labor law topics, especially the role of trade unions and social security.
• Interest in maritime law topics, including maritime transport.

External Activities

• Work as a cooperating faculty member at Al-Rifaq University/2020_2024.
• Working within the advisory team in the Office of the Minister of State for Economic Affairs at the Prime Minister’s Office, in the capacity of (advisory member) / 2021_2023.
• Working as a delegate to the National Council for Human Liberties and Human Rights, in the capacity of (legal advisor) / 2022-2023.
• Preparing reports and research with the aforementioned concerned authorities and reviewing them.
