Major: Business Administration

Bachelor's degree from 2007-2008. I then obtained a teaching contract in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Commerce, Al-Khamis University, in 2009. Then I obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tripoli and started working as a faculty member from the date of obtaining my Master’s degree in 2016 AD until 2025 AD in the Department of Business Administration/Faculty of Economics and Commerce Al-Khami I started working as a part-time faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Section C, Faculty of Economics and Administration, Tajoura, 2024 AD

Research Interests

Interested in recent developments in management and human resources, such as digital transformation, innovative strategies for employee motivation, and promoting effective and sustainable work environments.

Master's thesis titled "Developing Administrative Skills and Their Impact on Improving Organizational Efficiency and Performance"

External Activities

A training course titled "Modern Methods in Training and Development" and a course on "Leading Institutions in Times of Crisis" at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, University of Marqab, with the organization "Trainers Without Borders" (2018). A training course on dialogue and debate, and preparing professional trainers. A training course on trainers at the Qasr Libya Club (2022). I attended a workshop on "Fundamentals of. SPSS.." I am proficient in typing and work with various programs, such as Excel and SPSS statistical software. I also keep up with the latest programs that keep pace with developments in various fields, whether in management, human development, or technology. This broadens my horizons and enhances my practical and intellectual capabilities. Publications
