Ezzedine Muftah Faraj Omran Omran is a dedicated faculty member within the Department of Islamic Studies at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir. Mr. Ezzedine Omran's academic journey at the University of Tripoli commenced in 2008 as an assistant lecturer, progressing to the role of lecturer on September 5, 2016. His professional portfolio boasts a wealth of scientific activities within his specialized field.
Initially, Mr. Ezzedine Omran served as an administrator, assuming the role of coordinator for the Arabic language departments and a classroom teacher at the College of Education in the Al-Awata region of Libya. His leadership qualities and expertise led to his appointment as the Head of the Department of Islamic Studies at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir.
During his tenure as the department head, Mr. Ezzedine Omran oversaw the department's transition to the semester system following a change from the year system. Renowned for his proficiency in scientific curricula development, he collaborated with the General Authority for Endowments. Subsequently, he was delegated to establish the Ali Bin Ziyad Al-Tarabulsi Institute for Imamate, Rhetoric, and Sciences of the Book and Sunnah, actively involved in crafting educational curricula.
Throughout his loan period, Mr. Ezzedine Omran held various administrative roles, including the Director of the Scientific Department (scientific agent) at the Ali bin Ziyad Al-Tarabulsi Institute. He delivered numerous teaching courses within his area of expertise and supervised multiple graduate research projects.
Mr. Ezzedine Omran's scholarly pursuits extend to significant contributions to scientific research, particularly in the field of interpreting the Noble Quran. I have held several key roles in the field of education and Islamic studies, highlighting a strong background in academic leadership and administrative responsibilities:
· Served as the Coordinator of the Arabic Language Departments and a classroom teacher at the College of Education in the Al-Awata region, Libya.
· He led the Islamic Studies Department at the College of Education in Qasr bin Ghashir, Libya.
· He managed committee affairs for training courses aimed at basic science teachers in 2008.
· Directed the operations of the Imam Sahnoun Mediterranean Institute for Islamic Studies, Qasr Bin Ghashir Branch.
· Contributed as a Board Member for the Intermediate Institute for Islamic Studies, under the umbrella of the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs.
· Played a vital role as a Board Member for the Ali bin Ziyad Al-Tarabulsi Institute for Imamate, Rhetoric, and Sciences of the Book and Sunnah, associated with the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs.
· Oversaw the Educational Affairs Department at both the Mediterranean Institute for Islamic Studies and the Ali bin Ziyad Al-Tarabulsi Institute for Imamate, Public Speaking, and Sciences of the Book and Sunnah.

2. Research Interests:
My research interests primarily revolve around Islamic jurisprudence and interpretation, focusing on the following areas:
· Conducted a study on the book of jurisprudence by Al-Shinqeeti as presented in his interpretation "Adwaa Al-Bayan."
· Investigated the interpretative methodology of Professor Dr. Abdullah Muhammad al-Naqrat through his work on the interpretation of "Praise be to God and there is no god but Him" in the Holy Qur’an, exploring their meanings and implications. This research was published at Muhammad al-Senussi University in Al-Bayda and presented at the First International Conference on "Libyan Efforts in Interpreting the Qur’an and its Sciences" in the Muhammad al-Sanussi University Journal.
· Engaged in the development of curricula for the Ali bin Ziyad Al-Tarabulsi Institute for Imamate, Rhetoric, and Sciences of the Qur’an and Sunnah across three departments: Department of Da’wah and Guidance, Department of Sharia, and Department of Fundamentals of Religion.
· Contributed to the revision of curricula at the Intermediate Institute of Islamic Studies under the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs, focusing on enhancing educational content and aligning it with contemporary educational standards.
Through these research endeavors, I aim to contribute to the academic discourse within the field of Islamic studies, promote scholarly exchange, and enrich educational practices within institutions dedicated to Islamic education.

In addition to my professional roles within educational and research institutions, I have been actively engaged in various external activities that have enriched my experience and contributed to community development:
· Served as a teacher across educational levels ranging from primary to secondary school between 2000 and 2007, fostering learning and academic growth among students.
· Committed to memorizing the Holy Quran at the Ministry of Endowments from 2003 to 2021, demonstrating dedication to religious studies and spiritual practices.
· Engaged as a preacher in the mosques of the Abu Salim area in Tripoli, Libya, starting in 2011, delivering sermons and religious teachings to the local community.
· Currently hold a faculty position at the Ali bin Ziyad Al-Tarabulsi Institute for Imamate, Rhetoric, and Sciences of the Book and Sunnah, contributing to the academic and religious education of students.
· Actively participate as a member of the Faculty Affairs Council at the Ali bin Ziyad Al-Tarabulsi Institute for Imamate, Rhetoric, and Sciences of the Qur’an and Sunnah, involved in academic planning and decision-making processes.
