Al-Hadi Shaqalb is the teaching staff in the Kindergarten Department at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Ben Ghashir. Mrs. Umm Al-Hadi works as a professor in charge of teaching many courses in the department and also supervising the department. She also supervised many graduation students and educational and academic supervision of practical education students.

Careers

I was appointed at the University of Tripoli at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in 2013, with the degree of assistant lecturer as a faculty member, and obtained a doctorate diploma in 2021. with the degree of assistant lecturer as a faculty member, and obtained a doctoral diploma in 2021.

Research Interests

Participated in the Global Planning Policies Conference 11-16-2014, Faculty of Economics, Shurman, and also participated in the international scientific and educational conference, The Family and its Impact on Achieving Individual and Community Security 2016, College of Education, Abu Issa, and participated in the first scientific conference held at the Faculty of Education, Tiji, in order to prepare scientifically and educationally qualified teachers 11-12 March 2017 and also the Fifth International Educational Scientific Conference, which was held under the slogan “Horizons for Teaching and Learning”, College of Education, Abu Issa, Al-Zawiya University and Al-Zaytouna University 2017, and also participated in the second scientific conference for teachers, Tajoura 2018/2019, and also the third scientific conference for the College of Education, Al-Ajeilat, and the first for the departments of Education, Psychology and Arabic Language on 25/ 5/2021 AD, as well as at the second scientific conference of the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in cooperation with the Research, Consultation and Training Center, University of Tripoli 8/25/2021 AD.

External Activities

Member of the teaching assistant admission committee at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, Kindergarten Department, 2019 AD.

She participated in many workshops in high schools.

I obtained many certificates of participation, including attending training courses on scientific research policies in 2020, and a computer usage certificate. I participated in statistical analysis and statistical packages courses, and obtained many human development courses from the International Academy for Training and Creative Consultations, and obtained the membership of a trainer in human development. (TOT) 2021 AD.

Member of the organizing committee for the conference on educational transformation requirements for colleges of education in light of technological challenges, Qasr Bin Ghashir College of Education, 2022 AD.

And a collaborating faculty member at the College of Arts, Department of Education and Psychology (2022, 2023 AD)

She obtained many certificates in human development, training packages, and presentations, including (active learning, intelligence strategies, thinking development, learning through play, thinking skills, time management, guidance and counseling, crisis management, active interaction, strategic planning,

I participated in Zahrat Al-Riheen Company to contribute to the success of a workshop entitled (The Six Hats).
