Zainab Al-Mazoughi is a faculty member in the Kindergarten Department at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir. Ms. Al-Mazoughi has been working at the University of Tripoli as an assistant lecturer since October 15, 2012. She has numerous scientific publications in her field of specialization, educational psychology, and was promoted to lecturer in 2017 and then to assistant professor in 2023. She has taught various courses, including general education courses for all departments within the faculty, as well as several courses within the Kindergarten Department, where she is a faculty member.She served as the department's quality coordinator for two years.Her scholarship abroad was changed to a domestic program to pursue a doctorate in educational psychology at the University of Tripoli.She received her doctoral diploma in 2023.Currently, she is conducting research in the field of active learning and creative thinking,developing a training program based on active learning strategies to enhance creative thinking skills among school students.

He was appointed as a faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, with the rank of Assistant Lecturer. He later obtained the rank of Lecturer, and his final academic rank was that of Assistant Professor in 2022.

Research Interests

I have completed five research papers in my field of specialization, educational psychology.

I have participated in scientific conferences, presenting research in my area of ​​expertise.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in active learning and creative thinking among school students.

I have published several research papers in peer-reviewed educational journals.

I supervise research projects in early childhood education under my own name at the Faculty of Education.
