I started Dr.Karima worked as a faculty member lecturer at the Faculty of Education, bin ghashir Palace, kindergarten Department on 12-9-2010 by appointment decision no. (388) issued by the Ministry of Higher Education on 31 -3-2010 as an assistant lecturer, in 2012 she received a D. Sc.After a 4-year career, I received a promotion to lecturer on the date 12-9 - 2014, and on the date of 4-6-2015, Dr.Karima holds a doctor of Philosophy Degree in education from the Faculty of literature at the Department of education and psychology, specializing in teaching methods and curricula.She was honored to work at the college as a lecturer since 2015 until she received the promotion to assistant professor on 12-9-2017 and continued to Dr.Karima worked as a lecturer, researcher and local community service until she received the promotion of associate professor on 12-9-2021, then she received a nomination to participate in graduate studies programs inside since the fall of 2021 and started teaching in graduate studies, supervising doctoral theses, discussing scientific theses, confidential evaluation of scientific theses and participating in scientific seminars In graduate school, she is still a doctor.Karima contributes to the promotion of scientific research through active participation in the publication of scientific research in preparation for the promotion of the degree (Professor) soon, God willing
