 Ali Ramadan Al-Shoushan: He is a faculty member in the Physics Department, Faculty of Education, Zintan. Mr. Al-Shoushan worked at Zintan University as a part-time lecturer during the academic years 2011/2012 and 2012/2013, then as an assistant lecturer from October 24, 2013, to June 1, 2024, and as a full lecturer from June 1, 2024. He has numerous scientific publications in his field of specialization. He transferred to the University of Tripoli as a faculty member in the Physics Department, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, and served as the department's coordinator for studies and examinations,Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, and served as the department's coordinator for studies and examinations, effective February 26, 2026. He has taught many courses, including but not limited to: fundamental physics and advanced subjects such as advanced mechanics, electromagnetic theory, mathematical physics, quantum mechanics, statistical physics, solid-state physics, and others. I also served as Head of the Physics Department at the Faculty of Education in Zintan from 2015 to 2017, then as Quality Coordinator in the same department from 2018 to 2025, and as a member of the selection committee for the purpose of appointing faculty members in the Physics Departments at the Faculty of Education in Al-Zahra and the Faculty of Science at Al-Jafara University in 2017. In addition to teaching and administrative activities, it is the duty of a faculty member to conduct scientific research, as I have an interest in research in the field of renewable energies, practical physics, and medical physics. Careers

He was an assistant lecturer from 2013 to 2024, and a lecturer in the department since 2024. He served as head of the department from 2015 to 2017 and was also assigned the duties of quality assurance, academic affairs, and examinations coordinator for the department while working at Zintan University. He has now been assigned the duties of academic affairs and examinations coordinator for the Physics Department, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir.

Research Interests

The research focus is on practical physics due to its crucial role in the educational process; there is a significant shortage of practical experiments within the department, necessitating the exploration of alternatives, particularly virtual laboratories. The research also encompasses renewable energy physics, medical physics, and nanotechnology.

Participating in several scientific conferences, and also a member of the Libyan Society for Nano science and Nanotechnology.
