Roles

Mona Bin Osman is a faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, Department of Social Work. With the rank of assistant professor, she is entrusted with teaching many courses in the department. Among the tasks assigned to her are the academic supervision of students in the department. She also supervises many graduation projects and supervises field training students. She was assigned the duties of the department head in 2009 for two academic years. She was also assigned the tasks of the committee. The academic in the department has been a member of it since 2017 and continues to work with it. He was also assigned the tasks of the field training coordinator in 2019 and is still continuing to work with it.

Careers

Dr. Mona bin Osman was appointed at the University of Tripoli at the Faculty of Education, Qasr bin Ghashir in 2008 with the degree of assistant lecturer as a faculty member and assigned the duties of the head of the department in 2009, then she obtained the degree of lecturer on 12/15/2016 after returning from the doctor’s statement in the Republic of Egypt, she was assigned the tasks of the Scientific Committee As a member in the year 2017, and obtained the degree of a stadium, except on 20/8/2019. And she was assigned the tasks of field training coordinator in 2019.

Research Interests

 

She has published many scientific researches in the scientific fields and through participation in scientific conferences, where she published a research in the Journal of the Syndicate of Social Workers in Cairo in 2015 entitled "Factors Affecting the Job Satisfaction of Social Workers in Residential Institutions", and published a research in the Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2017 in the issue The fourth is entitled "Poverty and Child Labour". He also participated in the second scientific conference of the College of Education, Nalut, on curricula in Libyan universities from planning to strategy, held 27-28/3/2019, with a research entitled "Technology of Social Work Education and its role in developing curricula betweenReality and Challenges”, and published a research in the Journal of Applied Sciences and Humanities in 2019 in the fourth issue entitled “Social Work and its Role in Alleviating Psychological Stress for High School Students”, and published a research in the Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences in 2020 in the tenth issue entitled “The Importance of Activating the Role of the Social Worker Within the framework of general practice”, and published a research in the Libyan Journal of Education Sciences in 2021 in the third issueThe title of "The Role of Social Work in Developing University Students' Awareness of Investing Free Time". He also participated in the second scientific conference of the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, on the requirements of educational transformation of the faculties of education in light of the challenges of knowledge technology, which was held on 8/25-26/2021 with a research entitled "Training Obstacles". field in the school field for students of social work from the point of view of students.

Dr. Mona has participated in many works, activities and courses. She is participating in a refresher course for social workers from the General Center for Teacher Training, Tripoli, which was held from 4/22/2007 to 5/17/2007. She participated in a workshop entitled (Personal Technical Skills) at Al-Khabeer Company.
