Roles

Salma Salem Abdullah Al-Masbahi is a faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, Department of Social Service, with the rank of Assistant Professor, responsible for teaching many courses in the department. Among the tasks assigned to her are academic supervision of students in the department, as well as supervising many graduation projects, and supervising field training students. She was assigned the duties of the Head of the Department in the fall of 2018. She was also assigned the duties of the Scientific Committee in the department as a member since 2017 and continues to work in it. She was also assigned the duties of Graduation Projects Coordinator from 2013 to 2018, and also assigned the study coordinator in the fall of 2017 and spring of 2018, and assigned the quality coordinator for the year 2017-2018.

Careers

Professor Salma Salem Abdullah Al-Masbahi was appointed at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in 2010, as an assistant lecturer as a faculty member, and was assigned the duties of the head of the department in 2018. She then obtained the rank of lecturer in 2014, and was assigned the duties of the scientific committee as a member in 2017, and obtained the rank of assistant professor in 2018, and was assigned the duties of graduation projects coordinator in 2013.

Research Interests

I have published many scientific researches in scientific fields and through participation in scientific conferences, where I published a research at the scientific conference in the city of Tafilah in Jordan entitled Parents' Attitudes Towards Disability in 2014, as well as publishing a research in the Journal of Learning Sciences entitled Sustainable Development as a Mechanism to Reduce the Phenomenon of Poverty, and also a research paper entitled The Importance of Social Service in Dealing with Some Social and School Problems in Al-Qalam Al-Mubin Magazine, as well as a research paper entitled The Role of Social Service in Addressing School Bullying among Primary School Students from the Point of View of Their Teachers in Al-Asalah Magazine 2024, and also entitled Violence of the Wife Against the Husband, Its Forms, Causes, and the Role of Social Service in Dealing with It in the Journal of Educational Sciences 2022.

External Activities

Ms. Salma Salem Abdullah Al-Masbahi participated in many works, activities and courses, including participation in a refresher course for social workers in the Qasr Bin Ghashir area, participation in a training course entitled (Communication and Communication Skills with Children with Disabilities in the College), member of the Scientific Committee of the Second International Conference on Drugs and Psychotropic Substances held, participation in a workshop entitled (Job Loyalty) at the Bayt Al-Khebra Training Center on 3/13/2021, member of the Scientific Committee of the Second Scientific Conference of the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir (Requirements for Educational Transformation for Colleges of Education in Light of the Challenges of Knowledge Technology) under the slogan (Awareness - Knowledge - Change) held on 8/25-26/2021, Rapporteur of a scientific session at the Second Scientific Conference of the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir on 8/26/2021, member of a committee tasked with self-study tasks for the eighth standard (educational programs) at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir in the year 20 Ghashir on 8-9-10/2/2022 10-11/2/2022, Member of a committee tasked with self-study tasks for the eighth standard (educational programs) at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in the year 2022.
