 Abu Shihab is one of the faculty members in the Department of Social Work at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, with the rank of Associate Professor. He has now been working as the head of the Department of Social Work at the college since 2014. During this task, he was assigned the tasks of the Office of Study and Examinations at the college level, from the fall semester of 2018 to the spring of 2020, then he returned to the previous one. Tasks in chairing the department until the fall of 2022 and he is still continuing his duties. He has been assigned, since his appointment, to study and exam tasks in the Al-Awata branch of the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir since 2004. He is the head of the examinations committee in it, then a member of the college’s final exams committee from 2013 to 2017.

Careers

I obtained the status of a faculty member with the rank of assistant lecturer in 2004, and I was a faculty member and practiced the tasks of studying and examinations, and I obtained a doctoral lecturer degree in 2012 from the Department of Social Planning at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, and during my research career I completed a number of research through which I was promoted to the rank of assistant professor in 2016 and the degree of associate professor in 2021
