Roles

Sabah Idris Abdel Rahman is a faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir / Department of Social Service, with the rank of lecturer, assigned to teach many courses in the department and also provide academic supervision of students in the department. She has also supervised many graduation projects.

Careers

A teacher in official Libyan schools. She also worked as a social worker in a school for the deaf and mute in the city of Al-Bayda. She also worked as a faculty member at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Faculty of Education, Al-Quba Branch, Kindergarten Department.

Research Interests

I conducted studies and research on the following: The effectiveness of civil society organizations in Libya after 2011. I also, through the Community Development Initiative organization that I head, hold workshops on the political role of Libyan women and the social integration of Libyan women married to foreigners. I also hold workshops on developing the cognitive abilities of children before the legal school age.
