Abdul Nasser Mohammed Al-Maqrahi is a faculty member of Organic Chemistry in the Chemistry Department, Faculty of Education, Janzour, University of Tripoli. He joined the department at the end of 2011. He has been working in the department as an associate professor since 12/11/2018. He has many scientific publications in his field of specialization. He currently supervises many graduation projects as well as some students academically. Despite the lack of resources or their absence, he is trying to conduct simple research for promotion. Dr. Abdul Nasser is currently in the process of writing a textbook for Organic Chemistry for the Faculty of Education. From 2013 to 2019, he assumed the presidency of the department and chaired the disciplinary committee at the college for several semesters, as well as a member of the committee preparing the graduate studies regulations at the college and a member of the preference committee between teaching assistants applying to the department.

Research Interests

Due to the lack of a suitable laboratory and appropriate capabilities through which research can be conducted in the field of specialization (organic chemistry), there is no choice but to participate with colleagues from all specializations in simple research for promotion.
