Mrs. Ghazlan Al-Hamali has been working at the University of Tripoli since 2016-01-21 and teaches courses in the Chemistry, Physics and Biology Departments and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization

Careers

From 2002 to 2015: Research Assistant, Research and Laboratories Department, Plastics Research Center, Tripoli, Libya.

From 2004 to 2015: Chief Operator of the Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer and Interpretation of IR Spectra.

From 2007 to 2016: Member of the Food Contact Plastic Packaging Materials Committee.

From 2016 to present: Faculty Member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Department of Chemistry, Janzour.

Research Interests

Ghazlan Al-Basheer Amer's research focuses on polymer chemistry, including their synthesis, characterization, and recycling. Her main areas of interest are polymer composites and nanocomposites for medical applications. Additionally, Ghazlan is involved in environmental studies related to polymer waste and recycling. Her recent interests include electrocatalytic chemistry and computational chemistry using the Cushion 16 program.
