Professional career
In 2001, I was appointed as an employee in the Finance Department at the University of Tripoli and worked there for three years
I was transferred to the Tripoli Education Office and worked as a social and psychological specialist from 2003 to 2012.
I have been appointed as a faculty member since 2013 at Zawia University, Faculty of Education
I was appointed coordinator of quality performance in the Department of Education and Psychology at the college from 2013 to 2016
Then I moved to the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Janzour, and was appointed coordinator of quality performance in the classroom teacher department from 2018 to the present.
Research Interests
Participation in scientific conferences and seminars inside and outside Publishing educational research in Arab journals Supervising graduation projects that address pedagogical and educational issues Spreading the culture of quality within the college through ((workshops - interactive meetings with specialists - attending and participating in conferences on quality)) Working to implement quality standards and evaluate performance within the college
