I was a faculty member in the Sociology Department at the Faculty of Education, Janzour, from 2016 to 2026. I taught all the specialized courses in the Sociology Department. Then, in 2019, I was assigned to the Graduates Unit and the Student Disciplinary Board. In 2018, I was appointed Department Coordinator and assigned academic supervision for students. I also supervised student graduation projects and performed duties in the Quality Assurance Department, where I examined several graduation projects. Finally, I was assigned to supervise examinations for both specialized and non-specialized courses throughout my teaching career.

Careers

I was assigned to the Sociology Department in 2016 as a faculty member, and then appointed as the department coordinator on February 14, 2017. Subsequently, I was assigned to the department's alumni unit on May 2, 2021. Afterwards, I was assigned to the college-wide committee investigating cheating incidents during the 2019-2020 academic year, and then to the Quality Assurance Programming team for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Research Interests

Several research papers on women and social development have been published, most of them on the university's website.

The role of civil society organizations in local community development

The importance of economic, social, and cultural development programs and their impact on the development of Libyan society (an analytical study)

The role of social welfare in community development My research interests include the impact of cultural and social change on Libyan women assuming leadership positions in contemporary Libyan society, whether in a ministry, institution, university, government center, or within government institutions, and also interest in women and administrative leadership.
