Fadwa Gamal El-Din Mustafa Kamel Mahnni is a faculty member in the Department of Biology / Faculty of Education in Tripoli.  Mrs. Fadwa Mahnni works at the Faculty of Education with the rank of lecturer from 2022 until now, as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Biology from 2015 to 2022, and as a demonstrator in the same department from 2001 to 2004. Where she took over the tasks of teaching and supervising graduation research and academic supervision of students and teaching some courses such as (animal physiology - parasitology - invertebrates - embryology - laboratory science), as well as teaching the molecular biology course at the Abu Salim Nursing Institute, and she also has several research publications in her field of specialization and is part of a scientific team working to carry out several scientific research in their field of specialization based in the National Center for Disease Control - Qurji (NCDC).

5- Medical Researcher, Joint Disease Control Department, National Center for Disease Control, Tripoli, Libya.    

 6- Associate faculty member in the Department of Biology at the Faculty of Education / University of Tripoli from 2008 to 2015 During this period, I taught vertebrate and medical parasitology, cytology and genetics, and Zoology 2 in the Department of Biology and animal physiology in the class teacher department. 

7- Member of the Organizing Committee of the Second Scientific Conference on Communicable and Endemic Diseases held in the same pillar in 2009.

8- Participation with a research paper in the Second Scientific Conference on Communicable and Endemic Diseases 2009.

9- Head of the Parasitology Research Laboratory at the Department of Common Disease Control 2010-2015. Responsible for the scientific page of the newspaper Asda'a issued by the National Center for Disease Control 2012-2015.

10- Coordinator and member of the cooperation program between the Center and the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies 2013-2015.

11- Training students of the Faculty of Nursing at Abu Salim Institute in molecular biology from 2015 in the laboratories of the National Center for Disease Control with Dr. Abdul Wahab Al-Dheeb.

12- Organizing and supervising the World Malaria Day at the National Center for Disease Control for 3 consecutive years 2015-2013.

Research Interests

Fadwa Mahnni has carried out several research activities and participated in several researches and is currently working within a research team affiliated with the National Center for Disease Control by conducting surveys of some parasitic diseases.

External Activities

1 - Participation in giving the practical side in the program to raise the competencies of teachers 2004. 2- Giving an awareness lecture on parasitic diseases (malaria and leishmaniasis) in the city of Khoms 2009. 3- Participating in raising awareness and introducing the World AIDS Day in the tent set up in Martyrs' Square from 2010-2015. 4- Giving an awareness lecture on AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases at the College of Education 2015. 5- Participation in giving lectures in the program to raise the competencies of teachers 2019. 6- Volunteer in the COVID-19 Control Program at the National Center for Disease Control 2020-  .2021 7- Participation in the vaccination campaign for faculty members, employees and students at the College of Education, which continues from 12-2021 to 3-2022. 8- Giving lectures on how to save and manage citations and create references in articles and research 2021-2022 at the Documentation and Information Center in the Ministries of Health for project and master's students.  9- Participation in the National Risk Factors Survey for the year 2022-2023.
