During her practical career, Jalouta was assigned the duties of the study and exams coordinator in the class teacher department from 2016-2018. She was also assigned as a vice president of the faculty members at the College of Education in Tripoli during the period during 2014, then she was assigned as a vice president of the faculty members in the college until 2022.
Careers
Dr.. Nafisa Sassi Jalouta, member of the teaching staff in the class teacher department at the College of Education, Tripoli. During her professional career, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in geography in 1983 from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Tripoli, where she began working at the Martyrs of Duty and Tripoli Secondary School in Tripoli in 1984. The journey of giving continued as a teacher of geography until the year 2000. In 2000, she obtained a master’s degree in geography from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Tripoli to join the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, as a class teacher, and obtained a scholarship to Britain to obtain a doctorate in her specialty, so she joined the American University and obtained a doctorate in 2009, but quality management and assessment Performance in Libya did not recognize it
Research Interests
Mrs. Jalouta has many research interests in her field of specialization, as she has published many solid scientific researches in her field of specialization, including the extent to which male and female teachers of the basic education stage acquire professional competencies for teaching “geography teachers as a model”, the compatibility of understanding of geography, and its relationship to the absorptive capacity of fourth-grade students from basic education stage.
External Activities
Jalouta participated in many local scientific conferences that are related to her specialization in the field of geography and its various related fields such as environment and weather. She participated in the first and second conferences of the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, and the Arab Water Security Conference. She also participated in a workshop on psychological and social support, and a workshop on quality education. She is also a member of the Geographical Society based in Libya.
