Roles

The main roles of the engineer during his career as a researcher and assistant lecturer at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, are to give lectures in the field of structural engineering and supervise some projects for undergraduate students. He also performs other tasks such as supervision and office hours for research and dialogue with students about everything that can be used to develop the educational process.

Careers

Shortly after graduation, the engineer did some work as a freelance engineer and supervised many different projects in the field of construction and building. He then joined the university to take a teaching assistant position at the University of Tripoli after taking a competitive exam with many of his peers. Since then, he has been preparing a master's thesis at the University of Tripoli in the field of construction engineering. He obtained his master's degree at the end of 2020 and joined the faculty of the department to take a number of courses .

Research Interests

Interest in everything related to structural engineering sciences in general and geotechnical engineering sciences in particular. The engineer is interested in studying soil and knowing its behavior under the influence of different variables such as loads and geographical nature. And how to predict soil parameters used in ground resistance calculations using different methods.

External Activities

Visiting various exhibitions related to the field of structural engineering, and following up on scientific journals that are issued continuously. He also investigates the problems that occur in projects related to this field and presents them.
