I have extensive knowledge of laboratory research and field sampling mostly focused on drinking water, recreational water, wastewater and sediment. Experience in molecular genetics techniques including DNA extraction, Real Time-PCR along with conventional PCR, Gel Electrophoresis and Cloning. Proficient with elution of electropositive cartridge filters (1MDS and Nano-ceram® SOE series), sample processing and nucleic acid extraction for virus analysis. Experience in managing lab according to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulatory compliance and writing quality control reports [QA/QC].
