Roles

I was appointed as a teaching assistant at the University of Tripoli in 2020, where I performed all the duties associated with the role, including overseeing students' daily academic activities. Additionally, I worked in the Office of Studies and Examinations, contributing to organizing exam procedures and academic scheduling. In 2023, I was promoted to assistant lecturer, where I taught core courses in the department, helping develop students' academic and research skills.

Careers

Before obtaining my master's degree, I served as a teaching assistant, gaining experience in academic supervision and assisting faculty members. After completing my master's degree, I became a faculty member and currently undertake teaching and research responsibilities in my academic field

Research Interests

My research interests include engineering project management and augmented and virtual reality technologies. My research focuses on how these technologies can be used to improve the efficiency and productivity of engineering projects, as well as enhance educational and training experiences through virtual reality.

External Activities

I am currently a researcher at Anadolu University in Turkey, where I participate in research related to engineering project management. Additionally, I have a keen interest in project management within Libya's job market and aim to strengthen the links between the academic field and the actual needs of the Libyan job market.
