Research Interests

Adsorption of dyes and metal ions on solid surfaces like foam, silicon powder. separation by cloud point extraction using different surfactants. spectrophotometric studies on metal ion complexes with different organic ligands, potentiometric studies and thermodynamic constant of complexes. trace element analysis using flame and electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Development of atomic absorption spectrometer through constructing of a new furnace design and a new analysis principles in electrothermal analysis of trace elements.
