Roles

Mrs. Ihsan Aldarmon is Faculty Member, Department of Chemical Engineering / Faculty of Engineering / University of Tripoli. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tripoli with First-Class Honors. After earning her Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university, she began working at the University of Tripoli as an Assistant Lecturer.

Her teaching responsibilities include several courses in her specialization, such as:

• Introduction to Chemical Engineering I

• Unit Operations Laboratory I

• Unit Operations Laboratory II

• Computer Programming Laboratory (Fortran language)

In addition to teaching, she also participates in academic supervision of students and contributes to the work of the Study and Examinations Office within the department.

• February 2020 – March 2026 : Teaching Assistant – Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Tripoli.

• March 2026 – Present : Faculty Member – Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Tripoli.

Research Interests

Interested in oil and gas production processes, environmental protection, reducing energy consumption, and industrial process simulation.
