Mr. Abdul Samad Mohammed Al-Fallah is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tripoli. He has over 18 years of combined academic and industrial experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas services, technical sales, business development, and international shipping and logistics.

Since joining the University of Tripoli in 2016, he has taught undergraduate courses in production engineering, manufacturing processes, and workshop technology. He also supervises senior graduation projects and contributes to curriculum development within the department.

Alongside his academic career, Dr. Al-Fallah has held several managerial and technical positions in industry, including business development, technical management, and sales & marketing management. His industrial experience bridges engineering practice with academic research, particularly in manufacturing optimization and engineering management.

His current research focuses on advanced manufacturing processes, welding technologies, machining performance, tool wear, finite element simulation, production optimization, and industrial engineering applications.
