 أ.د عبدالناصر حمزة فضل عضو هيئة تدريس بقسم هندسة المواد والمعادن بكلية الهندسة جامعة طرابلس ومسئول عن مهام منسق قسم الجودة وبالإضافة إلى تدريس عدة مقررات لطلبة قسم الهندسة الطبية وقسم الهندسة الميكانيكية والطاقات باكاديمية الدراسات العليا وقسم هندسة الموادوالمعادن وكذلك عديد المقررات بالمرحلة الجامعية وقام بالإشراف على عدة رسائل ماجستير بقسم الهندسة الطبية بالاكاديمية وصل مجموعهما 5 رسائل ماستر لحد الان وكذلك العديد من مشاريع التخرج لدرجة البكالوريوس بالاضافة كممتحن خارجي لعدة رسائل أخرى بالأكاديمية وكلية الهندسة جامعة طرابلس ويشرف حاليا على عدد 4 رسائل ماجستير جديدة ثلاثة منهما بقسم الهندسة الطبية بالاكاديمية الليبية للدراسات العليا والرابعة بقسم هندسة المواد والمعادن بكلية الهندسة جامعة طرابلس.

المسيرة المهنية

عبدالناصر فضل هو احد اعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم هندسة المواد والمعادن بكلية الهندسة/ جامعة طرابلس و مسيرتة المهنية يمكن اختصارها فيما يلي:

 مارس 1990 – ديسمبر 1996، باحث في قسم تكنولوجيا المواد/ معهد بحوث الهندسة/ طرابلس – ليبيا.

ديسمبر 1996 – سبتمبر 2001، رئيس قسم الاختبارات الميكانيكية في مختبرات البحوث المركزية/ طرابلس – ليبيا.

سبتمبر 2001 – سبتمبر 2003 طالب ماجستير في هندسة المواد والمعادن/ قسم هندسة المعادن/ كلية التكنولوجيا والمعادن، جامعة بلغراد يوغوسلافيا.

سبتمبر 2003 – ديسمبر 2006 رئيس قسم فحص المعادن والاختبارات غير المدمرة (NDT)، في مختبرات البحوث المركزية/ طرابلس

ديسمبر 2006 – يوليو 2008 محاضر مساعد في جامعة الزاوية، كلية هندسة الموارد الطبيعية، جامعة الزاوية.

يوليو 2008 – سبتمبر 2013 طالب دكتوراه في جامعة بلغراد، كلية التكنولوجيا والمعادن، قسم الهندسة المعدنية،

أكتوبر 2023 حتي الان هو احد اعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة طرابلس - كلية الهندسة - قسم هندسة المواد والمعادن ومكلف بمهام منسق قسم الجودة بالقسم. هذا بالاضافة الى الاشراف على العديد من مشاريع التخرج لنيل درجة البكالوريس وكذلك أشرف د عبدالناصر على عدة رسائل ماجستير في الاكاديمية الليبية للدراسات العليا وكممتحن خارجي لعدة رسائل اخري وايضا شارك في تدريس طلبة الماستر عدة مقررات بنفس الاكاديمية وفي الوقت الحاضر مشرف علي رسالة ماجستير جديدة بجامعة طرابلس قسم هندسة المواد والمعادن كلية الهندسة وعدد ثلاث رسائل ماجستير ثانية كذلك جديدة بقسم الهندسة الطبية (شعبة الهندسة الطبية الحيوية) بالاكاديمية الليبية للدراسات العليا

الاهتمامات البحثية

Dr. A. He, is interested in the following scientific fields: Biomechanics of Materials, Testing of Composite and polymeric Materials, Failure and Fracture Analysis of Engineering Materials, Metals and Alloys Investigation by Optical Microscopy (OM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Determination of Crystal Structure of Metals and Alloys by X-Ray Diffraction, Materials Testing and Quality Control by Destructive Testing (DT) and Non Destructive Testing (NDT), Formability of Metals and Alloys, Physics of Strength and Plasticity of Materials, Phase Transformation and TTT Diagram Determination.

Also Dr. Abdul Naser Fadel contributed to the evaluation of multiple scientific papers for the purpose of publication and presentation in scientific journal and conferences and scientific promotions in his field of specialization. Also, he contributed to teaching many undergraduate and graduate courses in scientific institutions inside and outside the University of Tripoli as a cooperating professor. In the field of academic research, I have supervised an unlimited number of undergraduate graduation projects, while in the field of graduate studies and as a way of helping the Libyan students and Libyan community service, I supervised five Master's theses, four of which were for students at the Graduate Studies Academy in Janz our, department of Biomedical Engineering (Biomechanics)and the fifth was for a Master's student at the Faculty of Engineering, department of materials and metallurgical Engineering University of Tripoli, all of them were approved and their details are as follows:

3-         Safia Omar Kreir with Registration Number (21920238), Master's Thesis Title (Evaluation of Wear Resistance and Bond Strength between PEEK Teeth and Acrylic Teeth with Denture Base։ A Comparative Study) and Supervisory decision number and date (55) ─ 2025 ─ Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies.

4-         Eyman A bobaker Shaban with Registration Number (21920240), Master's Thesis Title (Comparison of Mechanical Properties of Dental Zirconia Made Using CAD/CAM and Conventional Methods) and Supervisory decision number and date (123) ─ 2025 ─ Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies.

5-         Mahmoud Adrees Mousay with Registration Number (21161103), Master's Thesis Title (Evaluation of CAD/CAM Complete Denture Base by Mechanical Testing and Surface Characteristics) and Supervisory decision number and date (465) ─ 2026 ─ Faculty of Engineering - University of Tripoli.

In this context and also as part of community service I was assigned as an external examiner for 4 master's theses, three at the Academy and the fourth in the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tripoli, in the period between (2023 ─ 2025) as will be shown later. At this time start work on now submitted a doctoral proposal for a graduate student at Zawiya University. Consequently, and as a way of helping the Libyan community service. Also, Dr. Fadel presented master proposal for a Libyan student studying in Turkey named as Yousef Abdalali Alashhab (KARABUK University - Biomedical Engineering Department) under the title (The Effect of Amalgam Filling on Health and Using of Resin Composite Materials as an Alternative). This proposal was approved by the university. With regard to research activity Dr. Fadel, he has 27 scientific papers published in local and international journals, 76% of them as a first author and eight of those papers published in journals classified on Scopus, four of which have a high impact factor (Q1 + Q2) and the other four (Q3 + Q4), and for more details, hope to seen the social media links in here on Dr. Fadel personal page. Finally, regarding the future, work is currently underway to submit three new master's thesis proposals to the Scientific Committee of the Biomedical Engineering Department.
