21 years of academic teaching experience as university staff member at the Libyan universities and Libyan Academy for Postgraduate studies.

Experience as head of computer department (Azzaytuna University) and network department (Tripoli University), in which was responsible for administration, project and program management, and staff development and empowerment.

Since 2016 Participation in the audit team for the institutional accreditation of governmental and non-governmental universities based on the mandate from National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutes
