Roles

Eng. Sana has taught the course ARM Processor Architecture in the Department of Computing at the Faculty of Information Technology. The teaching covered both theoretical and practical aspects of the architecture, including the principles of ARM processor design, instruction sets, pipelines, registers, addressing modes, and memory management, with a focus on linking these concepts to practical applications in embedded systems.

Eng. Sana also possesses experience in Control Engineering, has conducted research and scientific studies in control systems, and has expertise in programming, applied in modeling, simulation, and intelligent control applications.

Careers

Eng. Sana began her academic career at the university as an Assistant Lecturer in Fall 2025, where she contributed to the teaching process by delivering academic courses in the Computing Department at the Faculty of Information Technology, and by supporting educational and practical activities in accordance with the university’s regulations.

Research Interests

Her research interests focus on computer architecture, with particular emphasis on ARM processors and embedded systems, including processor performance analysis and the optimization of execution efficiency and power consumption. Her work also involves low-level programming, using Assembly language as well as C and C++ and other programming languages commonly employed in embedded systems development, and their applications in intelligent systems. In addition, her research interests include artificial intelligence applications in embedded and intelligent systems, along with data acquisition systems, covering data processing and analysis using advanced engineering tools such as MATLAB and Simulink, with a focus on hardware–software co-design and system integration. Her interests further extend to control systems, encompassing both classical and intelligent control, with practical implementations using microcontrollers and Arduino platforms. This includes embedded systems programming, the development of control algorithms for physical systems, and integrating programming with modern engineering and educational applications.
