هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر الإدارة الالكترونية في الأداء الوظيفي بالمنظمة قيد الدراسة ، وانطلقت من مشكلة تمحورت حول التساؤل الرئيس ما أثر الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالسجل المدني ببلدية عين زارة؟ ، ولغرض تحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم جمع البيانات من خلال صحيفة استبانة صممت وفقاً لمقياس لايكرت الخماسي ، وخضعت البيانات المجمعة من خلال هذه الصحيفة إلى تحليل إحصائي باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (spss) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : - في اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب، وفي توفير الموارد المادية وتقليل التكاليف، وتقليل ظاهرة الفساد الإداري. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات تصب في مجملها على ضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية المختلفة في العمل بالسجل المدني عين زارة.
The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of electronic management on job performance in the organization under study. It started from a problem centered around the main question: What is the impact of electronic management on improving the job performance of employees in the civil registry of Ain Zara municipality? To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical method was used, and data was collected through a questionnaire designed according to the Likert five-point scale. The data collected through this questionnaire underwent statistical analysis using the Statistical Package (SPSS) program. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: -In making appropriate decisions in a timely manner, in providing material resources and reducing costs, and in reducing the phenomenon of administrative corruption. The study also reached a set of recommendations that mainly focus on the necessity of paying attention to the different applications of electronic management in the work of the Ain Zara civil registry.
