Abstract

The education stage at university level is considered one of the most important phases which has to be taken care of, as well as the constituents of the curriculum approach, this would not be achieved unless we are aware of the weakness and strength points and how to sort out the lacks by evaluating the constituents of the  various teaching parameters, teaching staff efficiency, should be evaluated ,particularly the high grade certificate’s holders, the efficiency evaluation will enable the education establishments to achieve the goals of enhancing the teaching staff requirements levels taking into consideration all aspects that might affect the teacher such as social& psychological criteria. The researcher managed to find solutions for the current issues, after reviewing previous studies contained similar situations of now a day in the field of education. Furthermore, the researcher background as well as his qualification as physical education teaching staff member enabled him to assist in this regard at Misrata university. upon questionary data on research sample consisted of 10 students as well as previous questionary issued by Mr Mahmoud Raabie the results of student’s opinion in Misrata university, sport science is according to this sequence:

1. Working convenience and success determination.
2. Maintaining continuity of developing teaching quality.
3. The ability to lay out suitable teaching methodology.
