 kholood Esaade is a faculty member in the Private Law Department at the Tripoli College of Law. Mrs.  kholood Esaade has been working at the University of Tripoli with the rank of professor since 09-17-2023. She works as a researcher, supervisor of master’s and doctoral theses, and a lecturer. She is interested in the practical research aspect and evaluating the judicial application of laws. It has a prominent role in establishing the foundations of scientific research in the college and has many scientific publications in its field of specialization. She is the head of the college's disciplinary council

Careers

Dr kholood Esaade began her job at the university as a teaching assistant on May 20, 2000, where she was the first teaching assistant in the Private Law Department. She became a faculty member after defending her master’s thesis in 2004, and obtained a decision to send her to complete her doctorate in France in 2006. She returned. She came to Libya after obtaining her doctorate in 2011 and was appointed to the rank of lecturer and promoted to assistant professor in 2014. She was promoted to associate professor in 2018 and was awarded the rank of professor in 2023 to be the first woman with the rank of professor in the College of Law and the first woman with this rank in Libya in her field of specialization.

I held the position of Director of the College’s Faculty Office over two terms, 2015-2016 and 2019-2020.

She was a member of the college’s investigation and disciplinary committees and head of the committee following up on cases brought against the university

Research Interests

She is interested in contemporary procedural issues and judicial problems resulting from the shortcomings of legislation and its deficiency in many specializations. In addition to judicial organization, she is interested in banking, arbitration, judicial sales, seizures, trademarks, and administrative appeals.

She is preparing a master's thesis in the field of Islamic criminal legislation

A consultant regarding the principles of writing research and legal drafting - providing consultations in the field of civil, commercial, administrative, labor, and personal status law.
