Mr. Jamal is a faculty member in the Private Law Department at the Faculty of Law, Tripoli University. He has been an Assistant Professor at the University of Tripoli since September 4, 2017, and has numerous scholarly publications in his field. I was promoted to Associate Professor of Commercial Law in 2024. During this time, I conducted extensive research that significantly contributed to my attainment of this advanced academic rank, addressing many crucial legal topics in the field of international trade.

Careers

Dr. Jamal is a faculty member in the Department of Private Law, specializing in Commercial and Maritime Law and International Commercial Arbitration. He has authored two books and nineteen research papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, one of which is indexed in Scopus.

Research Interests

I have published two books, one in the field of industrial intellectual property and the other in the field of enforcement of international commercial arbitration rulings. I have also completed numerous scientific research papers in the field of law on numerous topics that have emerged in the legal arena, in the areas of technology transfer contracts, BOT contracts, FIDIC contracts, and means of settling international commercial disputes.

External Activities

Ata Al-Adeem delivered a series of legal awareness lectures as part of community engagement, covering topics in international commercial arbitration and international investment contracts.
