To Professor Maysoun Mukhtar Muhammad Al-Jafari, a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, Department of Private Law, where she joined the position of faculty member in 2017 with the rank of assistant lecturer, where she taught many courses including Commercial Law 1, Commercial Law 2, Commercial Law 3, Commercial Law 4, and the History of Legal Systems, and she was also assigned many administrative tasks within the department.

Careers

Faculty member since 2017. I have been assigned to several monitoring committees, whether for midterm and final exams for the semester and annual system. As well as the Postgraduate Studies Monitoring Committee.

Research Interests

Civil liability, professional liability, liability, commercial activities, legal protection of the consumer, and the legal foundations of banking work.
