ltaarikhi.Abdel Bari Miloud Khalifa is a faculty member in the Department of Private Law, Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, as an assistant lecturer since 2016, and I was one of the cooperating faculty members before this date.I participated in many seminars specialized in aspects of law, where I presented a research paper in a symposium held at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Tajoura Branch, entitled Legal Security between Reality and Hope (Legislation to Combat Corruption Crimes as a Model in 2018), and I was also one of the members of the scientific conference held at the University of Tripoli entitled Commercial law in the balance in 2016
Careers
I graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, in 2007-2008, and obtained a master’s degree in 2014 from Cairo University. I was appointed as a faculty member there in the Department of Private Law, and I supervised a group of research for fourth-year students there, as it is one of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree.
Research Interests
I taught many academic courses throughout the duration of my work as a permanent or cooperative member in Libyan public universities, where I taught the Introduction to Law course initially, then I taught the Obligations course in many public colleges for a period of more than four years, and I taught the Commercial Papers course for other years.
