MAHMOUD ALGHALI is one of the staff members at the department of 3 faculty of 11. He is working as a since 2014-03-16. He teaches several subjects in his major and has several puplications in the field of his interest.Then he obtained the rank of lecturer in 2019 AD after publishing a scientific research in his field of specialization. He is now an assistant professor after publishing three research papers. He is also preparing his doctoral thesis within the college. He was assigned to teach courses on a semester and year basis in the college’s three branches. 

Careers

He was appointed as a teaching assistant in 2010 and during his appointment as a teaching assistant he performed many administrative tasks in the Department of Studies, Examinations and Alumni Affairs. Upon obtaining the rank of Assistant Professor, he was assigned the duties of the Criminal Law Department rapporteur while continuing with other administrative tasks. He was also assigned the task of Quality Coordinator in the Criminal Law Department, in addition to his participation in the membership of many examination committees as well as investigation and disciplinary committees in the college. Research Interests

He has published many scientific researches in the field of criminal law such as (Manifestations of Violation of the Principle of Equality in Libyan Criminal Law) and a reading of the determinants of recidivism in Libyan Penal Code and the idea of ​​subsidiary and complementary penalties in the balance, as well as the psychological aspects of testimony in criminal cases. He also participated in preparing some researches for special issues of the college magazine, in addition to his contribution to joint research projects, in addition to his participation in presenting research methods and how to prepare research papers through some training courses and lectures held through the Research and Consulting Center at the university.

External Activities

He participated in some scientific seminars and conferences outside the university, such as the first annual conference on developing the criminal law system after seventy years, which was organized by the Attorney General’s Office, and some external dialogues.
