Ahmed Al-Sharif Khalifa Jubail is a faculty member in the Criminal Law Department at the Tripoli College of Law. Mr. Ahmed Jbeil has worked at the University of Tripoli as an assistant lecturer since 5/21/2023. 

Ahmed Al-Sharif, Khalifa Jbeil, begins teaching in the subject of Criminology and Punishment at the Tajoura Branch for the academic year 2022/2023 to date. It is a branch that was newly established at the University of Tripoli under the name of Sector “C” that includes departments other than law, such as the Department of Economics and Information Technology. 

He has begun teaching the subject of crime and punishment at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, Branch “A”, for the academic year 2023/2024.

Careers

He was appointed as a teaching assistant in the Department of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, as of 3/21/2016, after passing a competition announced by the university to accept new teaching assistants to work for it in the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli and in its various departments, which are the Department of Public Law, the Department of Private Law, the Department of Sharia, and the Department of Criminal Law.

He had previously passed a special examination for accepting new students into postgraduate studies in the Criminal Law Department, and during the academic year 2015/2016 he obtained a postgraduate diploma in criminal law.

Ahmed Jbeil obtained a high degree “Master’s degree” on 10/11/2022

Research Interests

Criminal procedures and procedural rights that enable parties to a criminal case to protect their rights and carry out their duties. 

Criminal investigations and the means used by the investigator to obtain evidence and clues that enable him to uncover the incident and attribute it to its perpetrator. 

Criminal law, in its branches and sections, is of interest because of the goals and objectives that they have in common, and because of the principles it contains that represent a strong fortress for all of humanity.
