• Doctor: Muhammad Ali Mesbah Abu Al-Qasim. Known: (Mohamed Salama Al-Rabiti) His main work is in the Department of Islamic Sharia/Faculty of Law/University of Tripoli. Lecturer in the subject of specialization: (Introduction to Islamic Jurisprudence), (Fundamentals of Jurisprudence), (Inheritance), and (Personal Status) in the Janzour branch, and in Tripoli, for more than ten years, including two years cooperating with the department, before the next decision is issued. . On 4/26/2015 AD. Since its publication until now, he has been a permanent faculty member in the department. He is the coordinator of the Islamic Sharia Department in the Janzour branch. He has many scientific publications in his field of specialization, the most recent of which is three. He has participated in three peer-reviewed journals: the Journal of the Faculty of Sharia at Asmariya University, and the Journal of the Faculty of Sharia Law at Zawiya University. And the wild lighthouse magazine.

Careers

Assistant lecturer from 4/26/2015 to 3/14/2021 was issued a promotion decision to lecturer, and on 3/14/2024 he deserved to be promoted to assistant professor. He completed his required research and the promotion decision has not been issued yet.

Research Interests

He has research on the provisions of the guardianship of the victor in Islamic jurisprudence, published in the magazine Sheikh: Al-Taher Al-Zawi, and another on the priority of the captured person in sponsoring a foundling, published in Al-Manara magazine, in the city of: Al-Asaba, and another: on the jurisprudential applications of the rule of the concept of adjective through the book Al-Tamheed by Ibn Abd al-Barr. Published in the Journal of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Zawia University.  And another: In the jurisprudential applications of the rule of the concept of condition and purpose through the book “The Introduction” by Ibn Abd al-Barr, published in the Journal of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, at the Asmariya University, in the city of: Zliten.
