At the Open University of Libya in 2002, then joined postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, and studied the preparatory year there during the academic year 2003 and obtained a postgraduate diploma specializing in international law in 2004 with a good grade, and obtained a higher master's degree in international law with an excellent grade from the same college in 2008, then obtained a precise doctorate degree in international law from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, Egypt, with a very good grade in 2018. He is currently working as a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, esteemed University of Tripoli, since 2009.
