In the administrative building of the Faculty of Law, a public session was held this morning to discuss the master's thesis in criminal law submitted by the student Talal Omar Abu Shaala, tagged: -

(burden of proof before criminal courts)

After evaluating the thesis from the judgment committee and the practical approach followed by the student, the committee decided to accept the thesis and grant him a master's degree in criminal law.
