The Financial System Law of the State, the Budget, Accounts and Stores Regulations, Tax Laws, the Fee Law, the Administrative Contracts Regulations, Reports of the Libyan Audit Bureau, submitted a research paper entitled “Legal Obstacles to the Non-Approval of the General Budget” in the Journal of the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli

Member of the Salary Proposal Preparation Committee for the Tripoli University Syndicate for the year 2020. Assigned as a member of the Financial Laws Review Committee for the Planning Institute affiliated with the Ministry of Planning in 2020.
