I obtained a law degree in 2001 from the Faculty of Law, University of Al-Marqab, and I obtained a postgraduate diploma in public international law from the University of Tripoli in 2004, and a master's degree in international law in 2007. The title of my thesis was Protection of Civilians during International Conflicts. I taught public international law and constitutional law at the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, as a permanent faculty member, in addition to my cooperation with the college in many scientific and research activities.
