Dr. Zaeema is a faculty member in the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, Al-Sawani Branch, from 2005 until now, in addition to the field training coordinator in the department 2018/2019, and the graduation projects coordinator in the department 2020/2022.

I obtained my doctorate in 2016, Mansoura University, Faculty of Education, Arab Republic of Egypt. I work as a permanent faculty member in the Department of Social Service. I was assigned tasks within the university, including:Graduation Projects Coordinator 2018 - 2020, Department of Social Service, Faculty of Arts, University of TripoliCoordinator of field training supervisor for the year 2020-2022

Her focus of interest is social and psychological research in general
