Roles

The primary roles now are lecturer for 7th and 8th semesters of medical students teaching CM341, CM442, and BS320 supervisor for protocol of researcher, supervisor for internship graduation research. I have published researcch in Alnakaba and Almualeem journals. Teaching classes, administering tests and reviewing students' progress and educational development.  Offering guidance to students regarding course choices, programme study and other academic requirements. Organising lectures and workshops on the course subjects. Publishing research, attending conferences, delivering presentations, and networking with others in the field. Traveling to other universities or academic settings to participate in learning opportunities and gain experience. Participating in committee, departmental, and faculty meetings. Providing training and mentoring to teaching assistants and junior lecturers. Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement. Assisting with student recruitment, interviews, and academic counseling sessions. Contributing to the creation of an environment that promotes growth, equality, and freedom of speech. 3-10 years of experience teaching in an academic setting. Published articles and proven experience as an academic. Strong teaching and mentoring skills. Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. A sound understanding of and passion for subject matter. Willingness to work long hours, and travel frequently. A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities.

Careers

Since 2007 working in university of Tripoli faculty of medicine firstly as administrator. after I have received a master degree from ball state university USA 2014 my functional degree has been changed to assistant lecturer. In 2020 I have received a degree of Principal Lecturer (Teaching and Research) in the Department of community and family medicine.

Research Interests

the major area of interest in community field specifically in maternal and child health care services.I have published research in Alnakaba and Almualeem journals
