Roles

Dr. .Eman Al-Taher Ramadan / Faculty member in the Department of Family and Community Medicine - Faculty of Medicine / University of Tripoli. Her most important tasks are :

• I was assigned as a coordinator for the Family and Community Medicine (2) course for two semesters .
•  Giving theoretical lectures in the field of occupational health .
• Holding a scientific discussion and opening the door for discussion with students on the most important accidents and medical cases related to occupational health .
• Supervising students’ homework in the field of health education and helping them choose topics that contribute to educating society in terms of following correct prevention methods .
• Supervising students’ teaching of how to criticize any scientific article and training them to correct errors .
• Giving practical lectures in the field of epidemiology .
• Giving practical lectures on how to design questionnaires for scientific research and their most important features and types .
• Supervising students on how to write a research proposal, how to design it and how to present it .
• Delivering a scientific discussion in the behavioral subject on the topic of psychological pressure and opening a discussion with students on the most important cases that are exposed to psychological pressure .
• Supervising the honors students in teaching them the steps of writing scientific research in terms of designing the questionnaire, collecting information, entering data and analyzing it using the statistical analysis program, then writing and presenting the results in a correct scientific manner .

Careers

2014: Dr. Eman Al-Taher Ramadan was appointed as a teaching assistant in the Department of Family and Community Medicine - Faculty of Medicine / University of Tripoli .

2023 : Dr. Eman Al-Taher Ramadan was appointed as a faculty member with the rank of Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Family and Community Medicine - Faculty of Medicine / University of Tripoli .

Research Interests

Interested in research in the field of primary health care and the health system in Libya, mental health, and occupational health .

External Activities

,I worked in the Primary Health Care Institute - Ministry of Health: I participated in writing, preparing and reviewing reports on the evaluation of health care services at the level of (primary health care unit, health centers, and complex clinics) .

Participated in several activities and trainings related to the field of primary health care ( mental health and psychosocial support, maternal and child health, chronic diseases)
